L: Had this on-tap at at Fine Creek, poured into a snifter glass. Had a light yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, bright white head that quickly dissipated. Good lacing.
S: A nice aroma of Belgian-style yeast, citrus fruit, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of citrus fruit (lemon, especially), a bit of tropical fruit (mango), a bit of brettanomyces (present throughout), and mild spices (pepper). This isn't the most focused flavor, but it has its good points. The citrus presence is the best aspect of it, but it could've used a boost in the yeast department.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a somewhat slick finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: A slightly unfocused beer, but worth trying nonetheless.
