L: Had this on-tap at Fine Creek, poured into a pint glass. Had a golden / straw yellow color and a hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that quickly dissipated. Fair lacing.
S: A decent, but not spectacular aroma of wheat, hops, citrus fruit, and a floral quality.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of hops (not overly abundant), a bit of the floral quality, lots of wheat, a little bit of rice (an odd addition), and some citrus fruit (lemon, orange). A strangely uneven flavor. It had some good points (the hops and citrus play well together), but the sake content doesn't necessarily work.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a sharp, dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer all around. It had some good qualities, but didn't always work.
