L: Had this beer on-tap at Fine Creek, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright amber color and a clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head, below average lacing.
S: A decent, but not spectacular, aroma of coffee, malt, coconut, berries.
T: Tasted of a small amount of roasted malt (not overly present), a little bit of coconut (a little faint), a creamy quality, a good shot of coffee (most dominant), and a tinge of berries (very light). Kind of an oddball flavor, with the coffee dominating the proceedings. It's a bit top heavy, but I like its offbeat nature.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a vibrant finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: Certainly an uneven beer, but it's unusual enough to hold your interest. Worth a try.
