Crowler, tulip glass.
Copper is often used to describe the color of a beer, however I believe this comes the closest to truly fitting that description. Slightly murky, capped with a warmly weathered paper tinged head that lingers in a very satisfying creamy cap.
Pumpkin puree with spicy yeast standing in for the traditionally paired spices. Deep caramel, clove, and overall very autumnal.
Deeply malty with both caramel, yam sweetness and biscuit, whole grain toast flavors. Yeast is definitely a factor, with the spice still lurking, but a quite phenolic, banana finish.
Full bodied with a bit of alcoholic slickness. The carbonation is soft and works well.
I'm loving this as a fall beer that doesn't have any flavor adjuncts, but checks many of the seasonal boxes. The flavor is especially complex.
