In contrast to many of our other IPAs Blessing of Narwhals has a dry, light body that accents an assertive, yet pleasant, bitter finish. This backdrop allows a combination of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra to shine through. In combination these hops produce strong impressions of citrus oil and pine with subtle spicy and floral aromas. The flavor is woodsy, with brighter notes of grapefruit and lemon hard candy.
