Biere de Coupage. This release of An Ocean Between the Staves is a blend comprised of mostly aged beer with a small contribution of young Saison, each time we release this beer it will be an entirely different blend, some will be heavy on fresh beer, some heavy on aged beer. This blend contains Adit, the Rye based beer used in Pecher and a not yet named Oat based Saison. 180 bottle count.
