Crisp, light, refreshing, brilliantly effervescent with a floral noble-hop aroma.

04/18/25. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.

A: Brilliant gold with 1-finger white foamy head with good retention but not a lot of lacing.

S: Aroma is light but pleasant with soft pils malt breadiness and floral noble hop notes.

T: Flavor is solid with more grassy hop character and a similar pils malt breadiness but not sweet or strong.

M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.

O: Excellent lager but I prefer a bit more malt forward version of helles.

Clear, golden color. Big, white head.Hay, bread, biscuit, and grass in the aroma. Malty, crisp, thirst-quenching. This brewery certainly knows how to make good lagers.

Enjoyed at the brewery while sitting out on the patio. Perfect setting!

Fantastic version of the style. Brilliant golden yellow in the glass, with a wonderful nose and fantastic crisp sip. No wonder it is their flagship.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky yellow with a good inch of white head. Bubbles rising throughout. The nose is crisp and refreshing. Biscuits, pine, orange, wheat, slight leather. Very nice. Can't wait to try it.

The taste is wonderful. Orange, slight toffee, slight citrus peel, lemon, crackers, and a slight peppery note.

The mouthfeel is light and crisp. Overall, a great helles!

L - Clear, bubbly, great head, lacing. All check. Proper Helles appearance.
S - biscuit-cracker malts for miles, a bit of a tinge of orange on the back end of the nose. INteresting.
T - More tasty sourdough on the mouth, with some cracker dry malt biscuit finishing on the back end of the taste. Eesh.
F - Great balance, mouthfeel, proper below 5% Helles Lager (dammit, other brewers!)
O - Happy to have found this at my local, first Wayfinder, impressed, and hopefully not the last one I try from them but I suspect it's a drop from GABF timing.

Excellent domestic example of a munich helles. Beautifully balanced malt with hops bitterness. And it actually has some of the old school early hops addition bitter quality- rare to find in recent us craft beers.

Taste at brewery. Pale golden pour, clear, spotty head. Sweet, grainy aroma. Taste continues with more sweet grainy notes. Slick, smooth a d delucious.
