I had this beer on-tap in a glass mug at Hopua in Mountlake Terrace.
Appearance: pale golden hue with just a tiny bit of haze. Head is a nice thick head of frothy ivory foam with nice head retention.
Smell: a bit of malty sweetness with a nice yeasty character. The fresh hoppiness doesn't really come through, I don't think, but it's a nice kellerbier.
Taste: a bit of lightly fruity, kinda noble-ish hops come through with the solid base kellerbier. They flavors go together well.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: maybe a little more bitter and hoppy than a typical kellerbier, but that's expected with a fresh hop beer I think.

16oz can served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Dated 09/05/25.
Pours clear greenish yellow with a medium sized head and moderate carbonation. Smell is bready, yeasty, some lager funk, LOTS of grass, a little lemon rind.
Taste is lightly grainy, strong emphasis on the grassy bitterness, lager funk is also powerful but not nearly as powerful as the hoppy bite. Light, a little honeysuckle.
Mouthfeel is light, clean, dry. Very solid beer.
