Wildflower Honey Brown Ale
Hopkins Ordinary Bed & Breakfast + Ale Works

Dark brown with good body, light head that fades quickly, very faint honey aroma on the nose. Flavor is a good balance of malt, biscuit, mild sweetness with subtle undertones of honey. All-in-all, a solid brown from a consistently good small brewery. Wish there was a little more complexity, honey flavors obviously disappear with fermentation but the quality of the Kevin's work still shines.
