I bought a can today at the lcbo in Ontario 473ml at 4.7% .
newer style can .
poured a 1finger head into glass that quickly disappeared and left no lace the beer looked flat very slow carbonation.
the taste is smooth and crisp a little sweet and low bitterness.
overall an ok Kolsch beer not a fan of drinking beer without a lace .cheers

Not my normal choice of beer styles, but nonetheless...
Pours a golden yellow/orange thin light head with light lacing which dissipates quickly.
Taste is light sour maltiness to start with hints of straw, vinegar, & toothpaste! Makes me pucker even though the sourness is barely noticeable. Mouthfeel is moderately full & smooth. Good carbonation.
As an IPA & stout drinker the taste here is a little light for me, but not unpleasant at all.

I've never tried Kolsch from Cologne so I can't compare. Nonetheless, judging from the comments and from what I've read, Creemore Springs does it justice. As is traditional, it comes in a clear 'straw blonde' in color with a decent foam topping it off. Sweet/grassy aroma. Not much lacing. Finishes off with a light, refreshing crisp and smooth.

Surprisingly great. Faithful to style and somehow "cleaner" than others I've tried. Possibly the pure spring water that charecterizes all their brews. Quaffable and sessionable -- actually gets better as it warms up!

A - Clear yellow body, white head, to wisps quickly, some mild lacing.
S - Smell of sour grain and honey notes.
T - The open is like the nose, but the grain opens up in the middle, malt giving bread and floral hops, and a close of spicy notes and mild bitterness.
M - Brisk carbonation, dry close.
O - Decent Kolsch, warm hop notes. Crisp.

Pours pale straw with a foamy smallish head. Cereal grains and light herbal hops in the nose. Biscuity malts and spicy, woody continental hops make up the taste. Moderate hop bitterness and a light mouthfeel. Less carbonation than I'm used to for the style. Dry, lightly bitter and shortlived finish.
A nice lawnmower beer. Not very hoppy or very malty but well balanced and tasty.

Creemore Springs Kölsch Style Ale from Creemore Springs Brewery bought it in a 12 mix pack for 14,99$
Look: Bright yellow color, about a finger of white head, that goes away, lots of carbonation.
Smell: Sweet and grassy. Not much but definitely plaisant.
Taste: Very grassy, a bit of spice. Goes down pretty easy. The finish is dry.
Feel: Light body goes down really smoothly.
So overall would I recomend it? Yes, if you wanna try something else that remind you of a pilsner, this is the one!

Can: Poured a golden color Kolsch with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of cereal with light residual sugar notes with light buttery notes. Taste is also a great mix between some cereal notes with some buttery notes and light residuals sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid interpretation of a style that is not always easy to nail down.

473 ml can served at cellar temperature into an Upper Canada Brewing pint glass. Purchased from the LCBO for $3 CDN.
Appearance - clear vibrant pale golden color. Minimal head is poured and no retention. Moderate level of carbonation.
Smell - lots of crackers goodness. Slightly vinous in aroma as well. Lots of subtle earthy and grassy notes too.
Taste - pretty much like the nose, crackery with loads of grain. Mildly bitter with just floral and grassy flavours. Easy to drink.
Mouthfeel - smooth with delicate carbonation. Drying finish. Light body.
Overall - creemore's kolsch reminds me a lot of their lot 9 lager, a beer I didn't love, but with more earthy, grassy and vinous flavours and aromas, this is a substantial upgrade and is some thing I could see myself enjoying on multiple occasions,
