Nice place! Needs some food though. You want to like their beer but each one feels like a knock odd of what that style is and it’s alright, but often flat/lacking in fullness or flavour or originality. Their flagship lager was alright, not sure if this is result of Molson ownership trying to buy into various craft beer trends with their purchase of Creemore.

Visited with a group of friends as part of a weekend wedding in Collingwood, Ontario.
Tried the following beers on tap:
Creemore Springs Altbier (sample)
Creemore Springs Mad & Noisy Mango Pale Ale (sample)
Creemore Springs Oktoberfest (sample)
Beers ranged from decent to good. Service was competent and efficient. Nice outdoor patio here. Our overall experience was fun, and we would probably come back.

this place is really neat, a historic old building in the center of the small town, looks like an old settlement or something, turn of the century feel to it, but gorgeously restored on the inside like an old courthouse or even a museum or something, with the brewery operation on one side and the retail taproom side on the other. well polished copper equipment is visible from a number of areas around the property, and its set up to be very visitor friendly, with tours and a cool mixing in of their history to the experience. owned by molson coors now, but it still has an old school small town feel, and i embrace that while i am here rather than thinking its corporate in any way. they have a nice little mix of beers to taste, some of their creemore offerings, beers from their mad and noisy series, even a brew from batch, their toronto based craft division. they range in quality pretty significantly, with the highs rather high and the lows relatively low as well, but i enjoyed the smart alec unfiltered kolsch and the batch ipa the best. their lot 9 pils was one of my most consumed beers while i was in ontario, and i have developed an affinity for it, personally. there is an almost sentimental connection i feel with this place, and the kind and humble staff all add to that for me, the vibe really is great, and the clean old school feeling bar area is welcoming and relaxed. i had a great time tasting and touring this place, and independent of the beer or what you think about it, i would recommend the experience to anyone looking for a slice of canadian brewing history!
