Purchased at the LCBO 473ml can for $2.90.
A- Very good. Nice amber colour. Good head on pour that settled out to a film in less than one minute
S- Nice. Floral bouquet.
T- Very good. Combination of cascade and Chinook hops. Not heavily hopped but pretty darn good job.
M- Nothing special. Good combination of carbonation and dry aftertaste.
O- Very good IPA. Worth the money here in Canada. Again it's a Canadian to Canadian IPA comparison
Food Pairing...
This nice IPA pairs well with... Pad Thai
Enjoy

Tasted at the Mondial de la Biere in Montreal:
Unfiltered--dirty, light brown color. Modest starting head, leaves some streaky lace.
The aroma is quite mild--almost undetectable. Leans to the malt side despite the style.
The taste is far more bitter. There's also a bit of sourness to the yeast. The bitter aftertaste lingers long after the swallow. The body is rich which is enhanced by the low carbonation.
