Served in a 12 oz (355 ml) weissbier glass at Growlers in Tuckahoe, NY.
A: Pours a hazy, dark golden (toward amber) color with a one finger, white head, decent retention, but little or no lacing.
S: Aromas floral and fruity with rose, lemon, orange zest, white pepper, and cardamom.
T: Semidry. Flavor of lemon strong with more a pineapple feel than flavor. Spicy with elements of cardamom, rosemary, and basil. Balanced bitterness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: This is a delicious saison. Could drink this all day.
