Canary gold sun and partly cloudy. Fluffy and rocky snow white head. No lacing. Raw clover honey sweetness dominates immediately followed by a softer heather, and a delicate and fresh woody scent. White pepper spice from yeast and light sour along with hay. Earthy flavor profile, sweet nuttiness with honey glazed connotations; dash of pepper/coriander. A bit of chicory comes my way, and a caramelized endive. Quite a sweet beginning balanced by the sourness within. This would pair nice with a variety of grilled meats. A tad thick in the body, but carried away nicely by the carbonation. Not a classically dry finish, just some sourness and once again a little weighty.
