500 ml bottle into a tulip glass. Had 10/12/22.
Pours a hazy brownish gold, with a one and a half inch creamy foam head and a decent amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of black lime, Belgian yeast, wheat, malt, light funk, a little black pepper, a hint of vanilla. The flavors differ a little: black lime, wheat, malt, light funk, light oak. Tastes lightly tart and sour. Smooth, semi dry, a very good lighter medium body, well carbonated.
The black lime really stands out and the base is a pretty classic saison as advertised- pretty solid. Different and quite enjoyable.
