Black color with red highlights and a beige thick head that leaves lots of laces.
Mildly sour aroma with predominant vinous notes.
Unique flavor with notes of grape juice, lots of spices and herbaceous Saison notes. Dry aftertaste with an elegant sour note.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is superbly well disguised.
It felt like a black Saison, well I checked afterwards and that's what they intended. I guess they nailed it. It is full of vineous notes on a Saison background.
