On-tap at Tustin
A: The beer pours a hazed golden straw color with almost no head, surprisingly.
S: Tart pomegranate juice with a really strange funky aroma. Quite a bit of grass and this is really, really cidery. A lot of green apple smell to this beer.
T: Like the nose, its tart and cidery with tons of green apple. Despite being based on their hefeweizen/wheat beer, I get very little of that flavor coming through here.
M: The body is light with a moderate to high level of carbonation.
D: Bleh, as a sourish sort of cider, this maybe could have worked. But it was just tough to drink.

Sampled 2/18/2011 at the brewpub. This is their Lemon Heights "Hefe" with pomegranate added, guessing whole fruit due to the tartness. 4.5%.
Pours hazy dark yellow, no lacing, retention, or even any head to begin with.
Aroma is best described as a crappy homebrewed mead with green apples and a splash of pomegranate.
Flavor, holy crap this is bad. Booze, booze, Granny Smith apples, honey, tart/sourness, more booze, and hints of pomegranate and black pepper. Yeesh.
Body is on the lighter side of medium, drinkability, along with quality, seem to be the missing ingredients in this concoction. What's amazing about this is that it is supposedly 4.5% yet it came out so boozy.
