A: The beer pours a dark red color with a finger or off-white head.
S: Light vinegar notes with a pretty decent dose of wine and oak. Still somewhat sweet with caramel malts and a light grass and straw funk along with cherries and green apples.
T: There is a fairly heavy vinegar component with notes of balsamic and red wine. A light chocolate character as well as some sweetness. Nice cherries with a touch of leather and oak.
M: Medium bodied with a medium carbonation.
O: Wasn't a huge fan of this initially, but it grew on me. Pretty good first attempt at a sour.
