On-tap at Tustin
A: The beer pours a very turbid peach sort of color with a tall white head.
S: A light lemon note to the aroma along some sweet and lightly tart guava notes. There is a bit of wheat and malt sweetness to it as well. A touch of grain husk and straw, too.
T: The flavor has a nice tartness that is actually more reminiscent of white grapefruit juice than anything. A nice note of guava and perhaps some pineapple. Mild malt and bread sweetness with just a touch of grass and citrus pith.
M: Medium bodied with medium, smooth carbonation.
O: Surprisingly enjoyable. I liked the flavor better than the aroma, but both were pretty nice.
