On-tap at Tustin
A: The beer pours a slightly cloudy yellow/straw color with a finger of white head.
S: There is a nice citrus note to the nose. Plenty of lemon and grapefruit, maybe even a bit of pineapple. A light tartness, a hint of straw, and some yeast and spice notes. Pretty good aroma.
T: The flavor has a lot more phenolic spice character to it. There's an almost cinnamon spiciness, maybe some white pepper, too. Sweet malt and wheat bread are also prominent flavors. A more subdued citrus and fruit note.
M: Medium bodied with a medium carbonation.
O: The flavor didn't quite live up to the nose, but it was quite nice.
