Can dated 02/11/18 into a tulip glass.
L: Pours slightly hazy copper orange with 1 finger of medium density white head with limited retention and left ringed lacing.
S : Very tropical nose, moderately dynamic, lots of guava, papaya, tangerine, and subtle pineapple and mango. Floral and earthy undertones appear as it warms.
T: Follows the nose to a sizable degree, more pineapple than on the nose. Very juicy, finishes with limited bitterness and astringency.
F: Medium bodied, with low carbonation, almost shockingly low, soft but slick on the tongue.
O: Likely the most juice-forward beer I've had from Temescal to date. Wondering if the carbonation was as desired. Aside from that, loved most everything from this recipe.
