Can dated 12/28/18 into a tulip glass.
L: Pours opaque golden orange with 1.5 fingers of variable density white head with good retention and left sticky spotted lacing.
S: Nice bright nose, tropical and earthy. Passionfruit, mango, and berries with some underlying dankness.
T: Follows the nose, but not quite as dynamic or clean. Flavors feel a bit muddled. Finishes with mild bitterness, a hint of astringency, and some mild acidity, acidity lingers on the palate.
F: Medium bodied with higher carbonation, full on the tongue but also lively from the higher carbonation, creamy on the swallow.
O: It's a nice hazy IPA that really hits some marks, but falls just a bit short in others. I'd gladly have again, but won't seek it out.
