Temescal Brewing

This is a long-awaited collaboration between neighbors: Temescal and The Rare Barrel, Berkeley. A West Coast IPA highlighting the classic citrusy character of classic West Coast Cascade hops, while simultaneously enhancing it with multiple Cascade-derived hop concentrates and the unique, fruity flavors of New Zealand-grown Cascade hop. Traditional Cascade hops are used in the boil and whirlpool, while NZ Cascade in the dry hop adds a splash of ruby red grapefruit! A dash of Citra deepens the fruit character by adding aromas or ripe pineapple! Very nice!
