Yet another IPA, this one with Strata, Motueka, and Chinook hops. Pours a moderately hazy amber with rings of foam in the pint nonic. Modest aroma of melon and citrus peel. Spritzy and slushy mouthfeel. Some astringency and rather acidic. Not quite in the New England realm, lacking the slick raw grain feel, but has the herbal fresh hop taste.
Some fruity flavors, a touch of grapefruit peel, and the increasingly harsh vegetal taste. Light body, almost watery on the tongue as the carbonation subsides. Bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Healthy Spirits. Dated 01/10/2022, maybe the freshest canned beer I've ever had from a store.
