Chill is a cold fermented IPA that hits in all the right ways. Mosaic, El Dorado, and Michigan Chinook create a melange of peachy stone fruit, dank pine, grapefruit, and juicy pineapple. Cold fermentation with a lager yeast keeps the ester profile very neutral and truly lets those hops shine. Plenty of maize in the grist lightens the body, and works with the lager fermentation for maximum crushability.

Alright time to write the first review ever of this beer at this Next Glass owned website. Was difficult tracking down who made this beer, the signage is pretty minimal and AI is almost worthless for identification unless you want it to reinforce some progressive narrative.
Anyhoo, pours clear and golden into a Nevada Wolfpack mug. 1.5" white head. Big guy. Aroma kicks a familiar pine and grapefruit feel. Light stone fruit and berry cherry on the top.
Taste is nice, I like the blended grain body, minimalistic while maintaining its integrity, pop of hops on a light body. Chinook hop seems to be the most dominant. Even though there are Mosaic and El Dorado hops, it really felt like old school public domain hop Chinook was the most plentiful/impactful. Like the new trend in ipa yeast and fermentation met up with mostly old school hopping. I thought it was a good beer, but probably not a you gotta find it kind of beer in saturated times.
