Hazy IPA, 6.5%
Heading to the backside for the steep and deep? Fresh pow pow and pillow hops always make for a soft landing.
Belma and Cashmere shred on top of a soft, pillowy body in this Hazy IPA. Loads of passionfruit, candied strawberry, and key lime waft from the glass. This was our first brew with the new thiol-enhancing Dry Tropics yeast from @berkeley_yeast, which boosts dry hop character and elevates aromas. Low bitterness, combined with an extra helping of oats and wheat make for an extremely soft and smooth mouthfeel.
