Brewed with our pals from Break Even Beermakers and Olfactory Brewing, this beer is as crispy as its namesake and generously topped with floral and herbaceous hops. Aromas of candied orange peel, lilac, and tarragon mesh with a honeyed maltiness. Goes great with a pizza!

Alright, alright, its that time again where we add a new beer to this Next Glass owned (pwnd) website. Respect Next Glass!

Pours into a Marquette 1918 jersey pint glass with the 123 kid microbrawler standing guard. 1" white head on top of a golden body with ample clarity. Aroma is bit light on the hopping for an Italian pilsner. Light honey and pilsner malt is more noticeable.
Taste is a light pilsner affair more comparable with a lighter traditional noble hop excursion. Just the slightest hint of honey drizzled across a pizza crust like feel to it. I didn't pair it with pizza as was the style at the time, but I did find it to be balanced and "normal" enough of a beer to where it won't overshadow a food pairing.
Depending on price, this can be a decent beer. Pair it with food or the river for maximum enjoyment.
