My second offering from Fifth Hammer Brewery. Enjoyed at the tap room.
Memory Maker pours a cloudy golden color. A modest silk film head dissipates and leaves a thin ring of lace.
In the aroma there is lemon, orange peel, and hints of fruit punch. A grain aroma I’m assuming is pilsner malt is accompanied by an earthy and grassy tones.
In the palate it is dry with a citrus peel finish. The yeast produces a light peppery taste. Medium bodied and with some lemon tartness. Earthy texture reminds me of fresh cut hay.
A solid saison that combines typical qualities of fruity, dry and spicy.
