Pours a golden color with a dense foam white head that displays foamy lacing.
Aroma is fruity and peppery. Notes of lemon, pear, melon and berries.
Taste lines up with the aroma. Estery flavors evoke pear juice, melon, berries and a tangy citrusy/lemon light tartness. Lightly balanced peppery spices interplay nicely amidst the fruity flavors. A dry and soft crackery malt profile provides a solid backbone.
Medium bodied and crisp, with a lively carbonation. The finish is mostly dry.
Solid Saison all around.
