(16 oz can, decanted into a fat tulip)
L: sparkling, polished very pale yellow liquid; crackly, loose foam builds then immediately begins to crumble, leaving thin collar... lil slug of sediment left in can adds a touch of cloudiness once all's poured in
S: lightly doughy, floral, spicy, not too unlike a mellow Belgian golden (strong?) ale; maybe only a faint whiff of canned pineapple juice; faint lactic doughy base, bit of phenolic smoke
T: dry white wine with a subtle yeasty nuttiness in the finish... pleasant tart bite, tangy aftertaste... just about none of the non-grain ingredients (hops, fruit, salt) make any unique impression; if you concentrate you may get a vague gose-like essence in the aftertaste
F: wheat and oats give it a nice subtly silky texture, while the acids and lightly lively carbonation round out a refreshing attack
O: flashy-looking can art, but all the creativity and character went into that instead of the beer... serviceable basic soured pale beer that virtually any other hobbyist sour-beer brewer can pull off - gotta make the featured elements scream, c'mon

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge and lots of specks of bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pineapples and sourness are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light to moderate flavors of pineapple purée along with a light amount of sourness and hints of saltiness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very refreshing and can even be considered thirst quenching. It would make for a nice selection on a hot summer day.
