On-tap at The Jeffrey Craft Beer & Bites, New York, NY
A: The beer is very hazy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of yeast and red berries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of yeast with notes of red berries and hints of strawberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit dry and yeasty on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this saison to be quite interesting, particularly with the combination of the yeast and red berries in the smell and taste.
