A: The beer is somewhat hazy light pale yellow in color and seems to have a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation along with some bits of fine particulates floating in suspension. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a quarter-sized patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and a thin film of bubbles in between.
S: Light aromas of yeast are present in the nose along with hints of lemon citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light flavors of farmhouse yeast and hints of pilsener malts. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There finish is slightly "chewy".
O: This beer is quite unique and shares some semblance with a saison and a kellerbier from the yeast in the smell and taste.
