Dry Hopped Rice Lager
Brass Bonanza has the nose of an NEIPA and the body of a light lager. Clean crispness accentuates juicy notes of lime, tropical fruit, peach and grapefruit from the Citra, NZ Pacifica & Mosaic dry hop. Lively and oh so refreshing - sunshine in a glass.

A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of lime citrus are present in the nose along with notes of gooseberry.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of gooseberries along with notes of lime.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is hoppy yet super easy to drink. It could be classified as a "Light IPL" if there was such a style.
