A: Pours with a light haze, golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left all the way down the glass.
S: Bright and crisp in the nose. Light floral hops, peppery spice, light fruity esters. Apples and pears specifically. Really nice.
T: Like the nose a bit of floral hops, peppery spice light phenols, and light fruity esters. Again apples and pears. A touch of sweetness. Everything is really well balanced and really enjoyable.
M/O: A light to medium body. A great effervescent crisp bite and supper clean. Love this, something I can come back to a lot.
I see similarities with the Tripel. A bit of the same phenolic spice, but more of a fruity character the Tripel does not have. Style wise, this is a pretty good offering, with some of the same characteristics I love in Dupont's beers, like the apple and pear fruitiness. Another hit from the brewery IMO.
