A: Pours a brilliantly clear golden/yellow color. A dense two finger white head forms with excellent retention. Impressive spiderweb looking lace is left all the way down the glass.
S: The Sorachi Ace hops up front, as one would expect. Lemon rind for sure, with other citrus aromas, and bit of dill aroma. Though not overdone. Cracker like malts, and light bitterness in the finish. Very nice.
T: Oh, ya. I like t his. The hops are up front and the show, which is to be expected. Lemon rind, citrus fruits, very light dill. Cracker and biscuit like malts and a light lingering bitterness.
M/O: A light to just a medium body. Excellent carbonation. A great crisp bite, clean and very dry in the finish. I will be coming back to this much more when available. Another offering from Holler I can keep coming back to.
I love this series. Though I don't think a single hopped lager series makes a ton of waves in the ultra hyped craft beer seen. No bother, just another great lager from Holler. Looking forward to more...

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
