Poured from tap into shaker, good 1 finger cream colored head, good retention, epic lacing. Pale golden yellow in the glass, slight chill haze. Smells bright, clean graininess, lemon and floral on the nose. Taste reminds me of what I like about yellow rose, but not so much in your face. Good malt sweetness with notes of berry, floral and mild bitterness. As with all of these one-off hop profiles, it fails to disappoint.

A: Pours golden/yellow, with a bit of chilled haze, though this clears up after a while. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace.
S: All mosaic up front. Berry, tropical, floral hops in the nose. That clean pale malt character in the background, but the hops are the show.
T: Follows the nose closely. With that berry and floral hop flavor, that most people should be familiar with now. Biscuit and pale malts in the background. Bitterness lingering. Really enjoyable.
M/O: A medium body with perfect carbonation. Effervescent, supper clean and dry. This is something I can come back to again and again. This should be a big hit at the brewery.
I love their pale lager series. This, more than any of the others is essentially an IPA, or I guess the term is IPL. Though the showcase for Mosaic hops are great, in an unfussy supper clean lager package. I am a big fan.
