A: Pours an opaque, cloudy yellow/orange color. A one finger white head forms but recedes in a second. Not much lace is left behind.
S: Snappy wheat up front. Clove and banana esters. Very simple and to the point, but enjoyable.
T: Follows the nose with that snappy, zesty wheat character. Spice clove and banana esters. As well as a tart lemon rind flavor that develops towards the end. Very nice.
M/O: A light body with softer carbonation than I would like. A little watery for me. Maybe that is jut the byproduct of how low in alcohol this is? Though a nice Hefe overall. Something I can come back to without a problem.
Almost to simple, but all the marks for the style are there. Which makes this really enjoyable to drink. Get a bit more carbonation and I feel this would be excellent. As is, still impressed here. A very nice low alcohol Hefe.
