A: Pours like something from the bottom of the keg. Pale yellow, with a yeasty murky opaqueness. A small white head forms with some lace and recedes in a second.
S: A quick whiff of pineapple up front. Some stone fruits and citrus aromas, but fairly nondescript. Then fades to nothing in a second.
T: Follows the nose, with a quick hint of pineapple "juiciness". With more citrus and a light lingering bitterness is noticeable after a while. Again, the fruity character becomes nondescript, and eventually astringent and muddled.
M/O: A medium body, with week carbonation that falls off to nothing after a minute, and very muddled. Not something I am particularly looking to come back to.
To astringent and muddled for me to enjoy. Drinks like an unfinished product. I just don't like the way this is constructed.
