Small taster pour. Pitch black with a thin foamy head. No retention or lacing. Has a definite boozy aroma. Originally thought gin or tequila, but it is probably more like whiskey after it warms. There is some mild roastiness. Taste is the same. Very smooth beer. Medium bodied with mild to moderate carbonation.
