With the strikingly sour Berliner-style Ale at its core, its the the copious additions of Oranges that will leave "ewe" begging for more.
Held in a pastel golden orange matte appearance, An initially frothy but quickly still Lamb in a Jam (Orange, Tangerine, Fluff) entices the nose with a captivating scent of orange, cream and tartness in a highly sherbet kind of way. Sweeter on the tongue, its a taste of sweet condensed milk, vanilla, cream of wheat and sourdough that carries the early palate.
Much of the same transpires as the alcoholic orange juice spills over the middle palate, but with a slow and soft transition from marshmallow and citrus toward a souring and slightly spicy taste for balance. Tantalizing, zesty and succulent, there's an exotic fruitiness that propped up from the beer's underlying lime, grapefruit, white grape, crabapple sourness. Its racy sourness closes the session with a piquant alcohol spice.
Quite full for sour ale but its bracing tartness lightens the texture as well as the mood, trailing into a vinous spice of bellini as the finish comes quick and with soft afterglow of creamsicle.

Small pour. Pours a cloudy orange color with a thin foamy head. Head and lacing are virtually nonexistent. Citrus and marshmallow aroma. Tart. Taste is the same. A lot of fluffy marshmallow. Medium bodied with mild carbonation.
