It is pronounced “poonch-key” and the stout is inspired by a Polish pastry sold at a local Polish store.
This is not something I would want on a daily basis, but it is an extraordinary tasty treat! Very pleasantly rich and sweet. The stout is silky smooth and fruity. Smell of very ripe dark fruit with a taste of chocolate rum cake. It is a beautiful beer as well. Rich dark brown with nice head and beautiful lacing.
Highly recommended!
