Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of grainy malt with slight tartness, saison and brett yeast, light stone fruit. Flavor is grainy malt, brett, lemon, and faint light stone fruit; a slight suggestion of bready yeast in the finish, which is otherwise dry with mixed grain and a hint of hops. Medium bodied with sharp, peppery carbonation. A nice light and dry saison with distinct brett notes, but light to moderate funk and mild fruit notes. Refreshing and crisp.
