500ml bottle served in a champagne tulip. Bottle says to drink fresh, but doesn't seem to have a date on it.
Pours clear light yellow with a decent sized head and enough carbonation to sustain it for a little while. Smell is herbal / leafy, makes me think of weedwacking blackberry bushes. Definite light tartness in the background, with a little bit of lemon and funk.
Taste is mild tartness, moderate grainy sweetness, almost a soft marshmallow flavor with a little bit of wood. A little bitterness comes through, probably the nettles making their appearance.
Mouthfeel is soft and dry. Overall, very nice.
