Handsome big pile of fluffy foam on the nearly clear brew in the Maredsous goblet. Modest floral and grassy aroma. Really pleasant fruity taste with a modest yeasty finish. Green herbal notes. Some malty sweetness followed by the slight astringent aftertaste. Highly drinkable and restrained but flavorful. One of the better Saisons I've had lately. From the 16 oz can purchased at The Garden Path. Skagit Valley malt and locally grown hops.
