A blend of old and young Saisons and raw ales aged in oak puncheons, dry hopped with local Cashmere and Centennial hops, and Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc hops.

It's a sour Saison. I would call it a Wild Ale to be more honest. In any case it borders on vinegar with a host of some fruity notes. There is a lot of wood in the aftertaste to play with the sour endless taste. This seems like a waste of effort and care for such an undrinkable concoction. However, sour enthusiasts may like it for some reason. When I see something labelled a Saison I don't expect this. Spritzy and lively on the tongue, what's left of it. Kind of a spew on opening. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the Community Co-op.
