Had this before, liked it but never took notes.
This time from a 16 oz can.
Pours golden, transparent, and capped by a frothy white head. Good retention. Scattered light lacing.
Nose pops with an initial kick of grapefruit, followed by grassy notes and a hint of crackery malt. Mild nod from the grass in the direction of weed.
Taste is more straightforward with the grapefruit, followed by some orange zest and almost herbal lemon. Mild bready base is discernible as well. Mildly peppery finish.
Mouthfeel is fine for style. Good carb, crisp yet a tad slick, and a drying bitterness closes things out.
Overall, a decent offering.

Thanks to 2beerdogs for this one. 16oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear golden yellow color with a bit over 1/4 inch of white head that had low-moderate retention and very light lacing.
A huge blast of citusy hops hit the nose as soon as the can was cracked. Upon further sniffing, there was just the faintest of malt in the nose. Pretty similar on the tongue, but it seemed the nose had more personality.
The body was on the thin side of medium, and had a dry finish. Drinkability was fine, no issues, and i'd happily have it again. Overall, a very nice brew. worth trying if you see it.

Man, like Bae and J’s relationship, this one is a rocky one. I mean, you got Bae full throttle singin’ whatever she does, then you have J standing in the corner, just kind of cramping the scene - it doesn’t mix well! Super dead, rotten grass like your neighbors yard; ya, that neighbor, the one that only shows his face on trash day. I’m talkin’ too dead, and too hermit-ish like said neighbor. You know, Raul just doesn’t know. Maybe he just ain’t down with Citra. It’s not bad. It’s just... not a fav of your boi.
