Chapman Crafted Beer

16oz can from Tavour. Pale golden, clear, active carbonation, small foamy head. Grainy aroma with corn and faint vegetal notes. Taste is more grainy flavors, corn, light sweetness. Slightly oily, but tasty.

Clear pale gold in color with plenty of coarse foam in the big Stout glass. Crisp and reminds me of sweet tea. Carbonation dissipates as you sip. Pleasant aroma of grain. Hints of wood and lemon with a winey finish. Seems like more pithy bitterness in the aftertaste than warranted by the lack of hop flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at O’Shea Brew Co. No date.

Clear golden body with visible carbonation and thin white cap. Smell and taste are clones: light biscuit with lime and more so lemon zest, cracker malt and a kiss of earthy hops. Not complex but flavorful for the style. Crisp, clean, bright and light body. I know it won't get a lot of love here, but I'm not sure how the style could be done better malt-wise. Would be perfect for a beach beer. Goes great with chilaquiles! The wife loved it

 

Umm, yeah, ok, I guess. It’s like this one girl I dated little brother; yeah, the kid who had a hamster and barely left his room. His sister was hot, so that was good. But... Yeah, this beer has a lil “hot sister” in it, but it’s more so the brother with a hamster.
