Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Idaho 7. With Peach added.
Golden, crystal clear with a continuous flow of tiny bubbles feeding a fluffy, loose white cap that dissipates quickly.
Aroma has a bright citrus notes that immediately bring a honey/buckwheat malt note.
Taste goes in a different direction. Fruity and dry. Peach and apple initially, then the dryness comes back in with an ever so light crackery malt undertone.
Mouthfeel is light, carbonation is less than expected based on the bubble action. Dry on the back end.
Overall, I found this to be a pleasant Brut IPA. But I must note that after drinking and reviewing I noticed the canning date of 4/03/19...So take this review with a grain of salt. I'll seek it out again with a fresher version.
