Chapman Crafted Beer

Close to jet black with an inch of mocha colored head and decent retention. Aroma is very rich, with clear vanilla notes. Taste largely follows the nose. Vanilla is clearly present, but not overwhelming. The beer is sweet without much in the way of underlying roasty flavors, but it works. Good dessert beer.
