"A wit without orange is no wit at all" said a twit we’ll outwit and also appall. So off we went to accomplish this feat, with ginger and lime and a handful of peat. The wit was brewed and left to ferment, and the result made our twit whine and lament: A sessionable wit – tart, spicy and light – with not one lousy orange in sight.

A - poured a golden yellow/orange colour with a thin layer of white head.
S - yeast notes up front with orange, lime. Ginger not noticeable.
T - very sweet for the style. Lime provides some balance to the sweetness but still unbalanced. Ginger is faint but present. Big yeast presence and a peppery flavour.
